We have updated the software to allow maps to be included in your website. You can have a map-based search and a map included on your property details and contact details pages.

We have added a feed to another portal - Mouseprice. They've been around for a while providing property market information online and they've just launched a new property search site. You can currently list your properties for free so there's nothing to lose.
We have just added a new portal, yourhouseyourhome.co.uk. The website has been developed so that every UK County has its own unique 'home-page' providing a county specific advertising opportunity. You will receive a free trial for 6 months and then have the option to continue for as little as £39.99 per month plus VAT with no contract to tie you in and no catches! Why not give it a go?
We have partnered with another digital display company, Clarion Displays. They offer a wide range of affordable display systems individually tailored to your own environment which will add a new dimension to your agency window.

We have changed our billing process so that your invoices will only be available online.
There are some new screens within the Admin section to enable you to view and print invoices, see payments you've made and amend the billing contact details. If you have Manager access, please take a moment to check that the billing details are correct.
We've updated the software with a more contemporary look and feel, we hope you like it.
Your website now has the ability to provide a feed to digital display screens in your office. We have partnered with Icion Systems (formerly Jigsaw Innovations) and Bluetouch Technologies to provide this facility. We have negotiated a discount with Icion where they will pay 6 months of your Domus subscription for one branch if you order one of their screens.

You can now add floorplans to properties in the same way as you add photos. Just go to Property Images and click 'add floorplan'. Should you wish, you can add them to your Property Brochure templates.
You can also now add a caption to a photo. Both floorplans and the caption will be included in the feed to portals (as long as they accept them).
Please note: you will first need to create a floorplan using specialised floorplan software.

The government have announced that they are delaying the introduction of Home Information Packs until 1 August 2007. From that date, you will need to have commissioned a HIP before you can start marketing properties with 4 bedrooms or more.
EPC graphs will still be required on the relevant property details so we decided to go ahead with the software update as planned.
You can now produce EPC graphs to appear on your website and particulars. You'll notice a HIP section when you edit a property. Simply fill in the four EPC numbers and the graph will be automatically generated (see it on Property Photos). You can also include a link to an externally hosted HIP; it works in the same way as the virtual tour URL.

Domus will be launching EPCGraph, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) graph generation and hosting service, to the estate agent community on 1 June 2007. It will allow agents to generate and store EPC graphs and link to them from their website, or anywhere else.
The service will be free for any estate agent to use. Domus customers will not need to use it as the same features will be embedded within the software. Lucky you!

On the 1 June 2007, all new instructions will need to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) in place before the property can be marketed. As part of this, both your printed and website particulars will need to contain an Energy Performance Certificate graph - an example is pictured below:
As of 1 June 2007, Domus software will enable you to display these graphs on your website and in your printed particulars. After this date we will be evaluating HIPS suppliers with a view to enabling you to order and track the progress of HIPS in the software.
